MEET TRACY, OUR CEO

Tracy Jackson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Founder and CEO of HR E-Z, Inc.  She is a seasoned executive business leader and HR Consultant, who’s worked across numerous industries. With over 20 years of business experience primarily in an executive role, her resume includes companies like State Farm, Apple, Cache Creek Casino Resort, Sleep Train/Mattress Firm, Golden 1 Credit Union and SAFE Credit Union.

She has a unique approach and provides personalized and personable service, always taking into consideration:

  • The culture of the company.

  • The company’s goals, and how decisions impact the entire company.

  • The need to employ people, and challenges this presents.

A proud alumna of San Diego State University, Tracy obtained her Bachelor’s Degree.  Since then, she’s achieved the designations of Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and her Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).  She is also an adjunct instructor at California State University at Sacramento for the College of Continuing Ed.  Tracy also sits on numerous Boards, including Bridge to the Future-Rites of Passage, and Snowline Hospice, where she chairs the Governance Committee.  She is on Pride Industries' Inclusive Talent Solutions Advisory Group and United Way's Women's United Leadership Council for the Capital Corridor Region, where she was Member of the Year in 2020.

Tracy has worked in multi-billion dollar organizations as a senior executive, in a multi-state environment.  Cultivating her entire career in California, one of the most difficult states to operate in, she has been extremely successful in addressing the needs of the employees while balancing the interests of the company.  She has defeated numerous EEOC inquiries, redesigned benefits plans, overseen multiple mergers and acquisition, handled delicate and complex employee issues, and has developed solutions that work for the employees and employers.  In addition to this, Tracy helped to install and sell an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that went from $13.1M to over $117M when it was sold. 

 

Tracy's knowledge and expertise can make her a valuable partner as you and your organization face and overcome new experiences and challenges. She’s tremendously talented at addressing sensitive topics, especially as they relate to diversity, disability, gender, and conflict management.
