Most small and mid-size companies need the resources of a strategic Human Resources leader, but not bear the expense. We provide you with the resources that you need, from an experienced HR executive at an affordable rate.
We will meet with you to determine your needs to provide you a customized solution that is just right for you. We can provide a la carte services on a for-fee basis or set up a Fractional Human Resources Leadership role within your organization at a comfortable monthly rate.

Tracy is a dynamic, seasoned executive business leader and HR Consultant, who’s worked across numerous industries. With over 20 years of business experience primarily in an executive role, her resume includes companies like State Farm, Apple, Cache Creek Casino Resort, Sleep Train/Mattress Firm, Golden 1 Credit Union and SAFE Credit Union.

Tracy is a highly engaging Human Resources leader, executive and speaker. With over 20 years as a business leader, she has extensive knowledge building and overseeing top-performing teams and departments. She’s held the title of VP of HR or Chief HR Officer in numerous organizations, from various industries before starting this firm, HR E-Z.
She is very mission-driven and philanthropic by nature and very passionate in her desire to advocate for the underserved and underrepresented groups. Tracy is the Board President for Snowline Health, and also sits on the Boards for the National Association for Women’s Business- Sacramento Valley Chapter and American Leadership Forum-Mountain Valley Chapter. She is active in the community and volunteers for a number of other non-profit organizations.

In 2025, Tracy was cast in a Streaming Episode for "Women In Power" on Inside Success TV https://cast.womeninpowertv.com/tracy-jackson. In 2023, Tracy became a proud member of the exclusive Forbes HR Council and graduated from the Goldman Sachs Black in Business Cohort 3 she became a Senior Fellow for the American Leadership Forum (ALF), Mountain Valley Chapter, class XXVI. Tracy is a proud graduate of San Diego State University. As a continuous learner, she went on to achieve the designations of Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). She holds a “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate” from the U of S. Florida, Muma College of Business and she speaks at numerous conferences and events on leadership topics, HR related matters and DEI issues. ​

Tracy has worked in multi-billion dollar organizations as a senior executive, in a multi-state environment. Cultivating her entire career in California, one of the most difficult states to operate in, she has been extremely successful in addressing the needs of the employees while balancing the interests of the company.
She has defeated numerous EEOC inquiries, redesigned benefits plans, overseen multiple mergers and acquisition, handled delicate and complex employee issues, and has developed solutions that work for the employees and employers. In addition to this, Tracy helped to install and sell an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that went from $13.1M to over $117M when it was sold.
Tracy's knowledge and expertise can make her a valuable partner as you and your organization face and overcome new experiences and challenges. She’s tremendously talented at addressing sensitive topics, especially as they relate to diversity, disability, gender, and conflict management.

She specializes in employee relations, compliance, leave administration, talent management, HR operations, and organizational development.
Amy combines strategic insight with a practical, solution-oriented approach to help employers build compliant, engaged, and high-performing workplaces. She holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential.

Kacey Gish is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience partnering with organizations to strengthen their people practices, navigate complex employee relations matters, and build high-performing workplace cultures.
Kacey combines strategic HR expertise with a practical, people-first approach to help organizations address challenges while supporting long-term business success. She will be serving clients and focusing on Business Development.
